Vijayawada:�Andhra Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation has invited online open tenders from eligible metro rail contractors for taking up Metro Rail project in the city here on Monday.
Accordingly, in phase-1, engineering, design and construction of via duct at a length of 38.40 km including 4.7 km of double decker four-lane flyover-cum metro viaduct will be undertaken. An underground metro station and 32 elevation metro stations under Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis for phase-1 of Vijayawada Metro Rail project, according to managing director N.P. Ramakrishna Reddy.
