Nalgonda:Pamphlets allegedly issued by the banned CPI (Maoist) party have been found in Cherla, Bhadradri-Kothagudem district, creating a sensation and putting the police on high alert.
One of the pamphlets, purportedly released in the name of the Bhadradri-Kothagudem Alluri Sitarama Raju Division Committee of CPI (Maoist), called upon the public to support the outfit in resisting ‘Operation Kagar’ through mass agitation. The pamphlet claimed that 198 Maoists had sacrificed their lives over the past year for the revolutionary movement.
It also stated that commemorative programmes would be held in villages from July 28 to August 3 in memory of fallen Maoist cadre.
