G7 back new side-by-side tax proposal exempting American, UK firms from global tax rules

The companies of America and UK will be exempted from certain elements of the existing global tax agreement as United States and the Group of Seven (G7) nations have agreed to support a new proposal, according to the press release issued by G7.
