Hyderabad:�The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC) has proposed to auction 17 land parcels measuring over 66 acres in Osmannagar and Raidurg. Among them, 17 are located in Osmannagar, and the remaining four are located in Raidurg.
The largest land parcel is located in Osmannagar, measuring 17.35 acre. The upset price per acre for this is Rs 13.80 crore, and the market value is Rs 21.20 crore.
The second largest land parcel is in Raidurg, measuring 11 acre. The upset price per acre of this land parcel is Rs 44.30 crore, and the market value is Rs 63.30 per acre. The third largest land parcel is also in Raidurg, measuring 7.67 acres.
There are smaller land parcels on the block, which include 0.47 acre and 0.50 acre both in Raidurg.�
